Last January, the Acura Integra was named North American Car of the Year by NACTOY. This victory is not surprising for those who are already familiar with this Acura auto and the good reputation of its manufacturer.

Read on with your Acura dealership in Montreal to learn more about the various awards that the Integra has won so far in 2023.

We will also tell you about various details right out of the Integra’s spec sheet to help you better understand what makes this sedan stand out from the rest.

2023 Acura Integra: Several Awards Won

Gray Acura Integra, North American Car of the Year 2023

The prestigious North American Car of the Year award, which was awarded to the 2023 Integra by NACTOY (North American Car, Truck and Utility Vehicle of the Year) might be the most distinguished prize won by this vehicle so far, but it’s certainly not the only one.

Recently, the 2023 Integra also stood out from the competition as the Best Sport Sedan of the Year, according to MotorWeek’s 2023 Drivers’ Choice Awards.

That Acura is winning several awards is not unexpected when we read what the Acura Integra reviews have to say. For example, Kirk Bell from Motor Authority said:

“Fun to drive and economical, it’s the type of car I would look forward to driving every day.”

This is only a glimpse of all the good things we can read about the Acura. Reviewers often boast about other characteristics, namely the cabin.

Amenities in the 2023 Acura Integra Interior

Interior of the 2023 Acura Integra

Thanks to a range of accessories and in-car technologies, the Integra offers all the amenities expected of a modern sedan car, and even more.

Standard on all the 2023 Integra versions, you’ll find:

  • Central multimedia system including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility
  • Audio system with 8 speakers
  • 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster
  • Heated front seats with faux-leather upholstery
  • And much more!

Moreover, the superior trim-levels each add several choice equipment to this list.

For example, if you go for an Acura Integra Elite A-Spec, you’ll get among other things Alexa compatibility and an upscale ELS stereo sound system with 16 speakers.

2023 Integra: Specs

Blue 2023 Acura Integra in action

The powertrain under the hood of the 2023 Acura Integra is a 1.5 L 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that generates 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque.

The continuously variable transmission is standard. For those who would prefer manual transmission, it’s available on the A-Spec Elite trim.

One of the advantages that this motor has in terms of performance is its excellent fuel economy. In fact, the 2023 Integra’s base model displays fuel consumption ratings of:

  • 7.9 L/100 km in the city
  • 6.3 L/100 km on the highway
  • For a combined consumption of 7.2 L/100 km

The two superior trims increase this consumption by 0.2 L per 100 km on all ratings. Last, the Elite A-Spec with a manual transmission shows 8.9 L per 100 km in the city.

If you’re looking for a vehicle that’ll allow you to save while you’re driving in comfort, the Acura Integra is the sports compact car that’s designed for you.

For those seeking matchless performance, it’s worth noting that the Integra Type S, the Integra performance model, will be added to the Acura lineup in the course of 2023.

Though this model’s spec sheet has not been released yet, we already know that it’ll offer manual transmission along with more than 300 horsepower. Fasten your seat belt!
