We came to an Acura dealer to buy a used Acura as the understanding was we could expect a top product and trust the history behind the car.
Our expectations at all levels of service, from the salesman, financing officer and finally the director of sales, was exceeded. The product itself ( 2019 MDX A Spec ) tends to speak for itself in this case, and of course the people who work here know this. But it is not taken for granted and the treatment we were shown ensures that this will definitely not be our last purchase or visit, here.
