Lane Keeping Assist System* (LKAS)
The LKAS* is engineered to gently correct your steering if you begin to leave a detected lane without signalling, applying torque progressively to the steering to help guide you back to the centre of the lane.
Forward Collision Warning* (FCW)
The FCW* system is designed to detect the presence of vehicles in front of you and issue audible, visual, and tactile alerts if you’re approaching with too much speed. If you fail to respond, CMBS®* is triggered into operation.
Collision Mitigation Braking System™* (CMBS®)
CMBS®* is engineered to apply light brake pressure if you don’t respond to FCW* system alerts. If it still senses an imminent collision, CMBS®* is designed to brake more forcefully, helping reduce the likelihood or severity of a frontal impact.
Adaptive Cruise Control* (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow
The ACC* system is engineered to help reduce driver fatigue by maintaining a set speed and distance from the vehicle detected ahead, while the low-speed feature is designed to bring the vehicle to a complete stop if the detected vehicle slows to a stop.
Road Departure Mitigation* (RDM) System
The RDM* system is designed to help steer and even apply brake pressure if it detects that your vehicle may leave the road.
Rear Cross Traffic Monitor* (CTM)
Designed to detect vehicles approaching from either side while in reverse. When a potential collision risk is identified, the system is not only designed to provide visual and audible warnings, but also to take proactive measures by automatically applying brake pressure when necessary.
Blind Spot Information* (BSI) System
The BSI* system is designed to monitor the rear and sides and alert you when a vehicle is detected in the alert zone of adjacent lanes.
Traffic Sign Recognition* (TSR)
Traffic Sign Recognition* displays traffic-sign information to assist the driver while the vehicle is moving forward. The camera is designed to recognize traffic signs and show the information on the 10.2" Precision Cockpit™ Digital Instrument Cluster.
