Always call roadside assistance first, not the tow truck
Contact roadside assistance by pressing the Onstar button or by calling 1-800-465-7587
If you are involved in an accident, do not panic. Take a deep breath, help is coming!
Check your surroundings before getting out of the vehicle
Dial 911 if there are injured people
Try to clear the road as quickly as possible by pulling to the side if possible
Take all the other driver's information including a photo of their driver's license and insurance documents while waiting for roadside assistance
Notify your insurance company
You must be in your 3 year or 60,000KM base or have a comprehensive extended warranty (Honda Plus) to qualify for Roadside Assistance.
Roadside assistance is not covered under the 5 year or 100,000KM warranty
